If you have difficulties with the online application form or require clarification, please contact the training officer.

Cancellations:     If you need to cancel a booked course please contact our training officer as soon as possible. If cancellation is notified more than 2 weeks before the course date you will be able to transfer to another course.

 

Refund policy:      If cancellation is made more than 6 weeks before the course date, a full refund or an opportunity to transfer to another course will be made.

                              If cancellation is made between 6 weeks and 2 weeks before the course, a 50% refund or an opportunity to transfer to another course will be made.

                              If cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the course date, no refund will be made and the booking is not transferrable.

 

For exceptional circumstances, the issue of a refund is at the discretion of the course coordinator. 

Please Note:  The course requires working in groups, so failure to attend on the second day causes disruption to other course members
